Join us for a special ceremony as we celebrate the Official Lighting of the Mile High Tree with Mayor Michael Hancock on Saturday, November 30! The Mile High Tree is NEW to Denver this year and free + family-friendly. Holiday performances will begin at 4:30 p.m., featuring the University of Colorado Denver’s all-female a capella group, Lark, followed by the lighting of the Mile High Tree at 5 p.m.At 110-feet-tall / seven-stories tall, that Mile High Tree is the tallest pixel LED technology tree in the country and will feature dynamic light shows choreographed to multi-cultural holiday music. Visible from Speer Boulevard and set in the Denver Performing Arts Complex (DPAC) Sculpture Park, the new holiday attraction offers photographic lighting displays, festive entertainment, holiday treats and libations beginning with an official tree lighting ceremony November 30 and running through January 31.
