THANKS for your interest! **Have you never used a sourdough culture? Never kneaded and shaped a bread? Then this class is for you! We’ll go through the process step by step. We’ll take a look at what a fully active starter looks like. We’ll mix up a dough so you can see how easy it can be. We’ll cover simple shaping techniques. We’ll talk about all the different goodies you can prepare with your starter.By the end of the class you’ll have the confidence to go home and bake your wonderful sourdough bread with Bernadett’s very resilient starter!Class fee: $20INSTRUCTOR: Bernadett Szabo lives near New Albany, OH on a small herb, flower, and vegetable farm. She was born in Hungary where she spent summers in her grandmother’s gardens. Once in Ohio, Bernadett joined OEFFA to deepen her knowledge of growing food and medicinal crops. She follows deep organic practices with some biodynamic principles on her homestead. Her business is Bernadett's Farmacy.
