The Gospel Soul Brunch Series continues with special guests Men of God’s Heart. Hosted by Debra James Tucker on the first Sunday of each month as part of Soul Sunday — showtime is 2:30 pm and the Sunday brunch menu is available from 11 am until 3 pm.Men of God’s Heart are a phenomenal group comprised of six tremendously anointed men of God. Elder Oscar J. Stone III and Minister Ronald W. Lyles Jr. are the remarkable co-founders, lead vocalists, producers and composers of the Men of God’s Heart. However, there are a total of six equally talented members of the group: Vocalists Ronal Lyles, Oscar Stone, Marvin Miller Jr., Steve Adams and Jonathan Lyles.Their unparalleled passion for ministry and music is presented through the genres of traditional and contemporary music coined as contemporary. The group holds the elite distinction of winning the 2011 All-State Gospel Superfest Battle of the Bands contest, made a stellar appearance on The Bobby Jones Presents on The Word Network, performed at The Urban Soul Cafe during the 2012 Stellar Award Weekend in Nashville, and are also the 2014 winners of the Kingdom Image Awards “Artist of the Year” and the 2016 Kingdom Image Awards “Small Group of the Year.”Each member of Men of God’s Heart serves as ministers, worship leaders and businessmen in their own rights. Over half of the group serves in the capacity of a minster or Elder in their perspective churches. The other members of the group serve as musicians and/or praise and worship leaders. All members have successfully written, produced or assisted with writing and producing on their latest up and coming project.Soul Sunday at Natalie’s is held on the first Sunday of each month, and includes a delicious Brunch from 11 am until 3 pm, with the Derek DiCenzo TRio performing between 11 am and 1 pm. The Gospel Soul Brunch show begins at 2:30 pm and presents the best national and regional gospel artists, hosted and coordinated by Debra James Tucker. The evening show, hosted by Paisha Thomas, features a variety of soul bands and artists starting at 8 pm. In addition to the regular menu, enjoy a soul food special sponsored by Smithfield Ham, created just for this series!The unique sound of host and vocalist Debra James Tucker is a product of extensive training in jazz, classical and gospel music. She is the writer/performer of the one woman show "Survival of the Boulevard Singer" (winner of an Ohio Arts Council Award for Individual Excellence), has been visiting instructor at Denison University for the History of African American Gospel Music, and an artist in residence with a number of youth arts organizations.
