Make your own Macarons! LOCATION: The Historic Hildebrandt Building located at 3619 Walton Avenue, Cleveland 44113 PARKING: There is free street parking and a parking lot to the left of Rising Star. PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT THE LOADING DOCK. CLOTHING: The building is over 100 years old and the temperature varies so please dress comfortable. (preferably in layers) and close toed nonslip shoes. Aprons and all tools will be provided and returned at the end of class. SNACKS: light snacks and bottled water will be provided. Feel free to BYOB. CLASS TAKES PLACE IN A SHARED COMMERCIAL KITCHEN AND CANNOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING IS GLUTEN OR NUT FREE. MACARONS USE ALMOND FLOUR AS ONE OF THE MAIN INGREDIENTS AND ALTHOUGH THEY TYPICALLY DO NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN, THE KITCHEN AND EQUIPMENT IS SHARED AND HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO GLUTEN.
