The Black Pig would like to invite you for a unique dining experience. Often times some of the best parts of an animal are left on the butcher's floor and that doesn't sit well with us. At the Black Pig we work hard to combat food waste and a major way we go about doing that is by featuring offal in unique and delicious ways.Join us for a four course culinary adventure featuring lamb charcuterie, bone marrow, tongue and other awesome offal dishes from one of Cleveland's most culinary creative restaurants. Full bar available to pair with each course.
