The pentacle has been used throughout history as a symbol for protection and a representation of the elements. In this class, students will create their own pentacles using copper, stone beads, and basic wire wrapping techniques. This class is a beginners class designed to introduce students to the foundational tools, skills, and materials used in wire wrapping. Students will leave having created a single pentacle pendant to wear. Bare copper and beads are provided to work with. Students can bring any beads that they would like to include in their pendant. Students are encouraged to bring any wire working tools from home that they would like to use but are not required to do so. If you have difficulty seeing small details, please bring magnification to use in class.
