Join The Collective for a Sunday morning dance class at The Bryn Mawr School. Guest teacher London Brison (Orange Grove Dance) will lead a contemporary/modern class. Class will be held on Sunday morning from 10:00am-11:30am. Class is most appropriate for adult movers and/or pre-professional dance students. He holds a BFA in Dance from Troy University and since 2017, he has been a main collaborator and rehearsal assistant for Orange Grove Dance (OGD), a dance, design, and film company. Working with OGD, Brison has performed at The Kennedy Center, the United States Botanic Garden, The City of Alexandria Office of the Arts and this spring at Dance Place. New York company credits include Dendy/Donovan Projects, The Dash Ensemble, and Chris Bell Dances; featuring performances and touring at The American Dance Festival, Jacob’s Pillow, James Madison University, Gibney Dance, and Dixon Place. Recently Brison returned to his Alma Mater for a choreographic residency creating an original work titled Never Ending, Slowly Going. This work was commissioned through Teal Dance Works, a new company created for his choreographic endeavors. Never Ending, Slowly Going will premiere in spring 2020.
